Film Festival
with Oceanside Museum of Art
Get your tickets now for the sell-out fundraiser for Oceanside Museum
of Art.
The Museum is hosting a three day trip to the Palm Springs
International Film Festival January 13-15, 2009. OMA’s
accommodations are at the Best Western Las Brisas Resort in downtown
Palm Springs within walking distance of award-winning restaurants,
shops and galleries. Enjoy at least six of the 300 international
films released from more than forty countries.
The Best Western Las Brisas Resort is known for its friendly service,
lovely gardens and poolside bar. A full American breakfast is served
daily. For some, the OMA welcome cocktail party is the highlight
of the trip.
Cost of the trip is $330 double occupancy ($160 single supplement)
which includes hotel, six film vouchers and souvenir program. Transportation
to, from and while in Palm Springs is NOT included. Reservation
deadline is November 1, 2008 and this trip sells out early every
year. Travelers must be members of Oceanside Museum of Art. For

Oceanside
Museum of Art Hosts Tour of Middle East
including Dubai, Fujairah, Muscat, Sur, Bahrain
& Qatar
Experience the magic of the Middle East including Arabia’s
“Jewel” and the “Pearl” of the Persian Gulf
on this 15 day cultural tour with a 3-day extension to Qatar, departing
February 10, 2009. If you have ever wanted to see
where the East meets the West, then join Oceanside Museum of Art
on this unique adventure that highlights the ancient and the modern
where you will see some of the largest skyscrapers in the world
sharing the landscape with striking traditional mosques. Travelers
will arrive in Dubai, UAE for a four night stay. The itinerary continues
for two nights in Fujairah, UAE, three nights in Muscat, Oman, two
nights in Sur, Oman, three nights in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and a
three night extension in Qatar.
Cost of the trip is approximately $5,000 per person for double occupancy
which includes air travel, lodging, many meals, sightseeing and
a local English-speaking guide. A final itinerary with more detail
on lodging and attractions will be forthcoming. An additional fee
may be added to the flight cost so that we can fly from Los Angeles
International Terminal and save five hours of flying time. This
cost does NOT include insurance, which you may want to purchase.

is required and you must say you want to travel with Oceanside Museum
of Art. When Vantage Travel has made all arrangements, you will
receive a telephone call from Vantage asking if you are still interested
in going. If you are still traveling with us then you pay the balance,
